DIY Bloom Making+Barre Class For Locals

Happy Saturday All!

Have any of you taken a bloom making workshop class? In my hometown, in Greenwich, I signed up for a free barre class and $15 bloom workshop class in Greenwich that took place at Mcardles flower shop. I don’t know about ya’ll but I love finding out new workout classes to try out when it’s free for locals.

It was so interesting to have the pure barre class at Mcardles; it was such a pretty scenery with a bouquet in every section of the room. There were so many people who attended and tons of yoga mats across the hall. Since the class was not in the  studio, we still were toning, burning, and lifting without using the bar. The workout class was an hour long and had my core working.

After the class, there were sparkling refreshments and appetizers, which we all digged in after the workout then headed downstairs for the spring bouquet workshop. I’ve never taken a flower workshop class before so it was interesting to try something different and really enjoyed it. Since Mother’s day is tomorrow, this is so fun to make to give as a gift. They taught us step by step in making the twisted flower bouquet; and it was simple to make. It’s the perfect gift for yourself to keep near your bedside or bring to work, or a special gift to give to a loved one or a special holiday like Mother’s day.

If there are any free workout classes in your community/town, definitely look them up to see if there’s any upcoming ones and check it out, because it’s a good way to get out of your comfort zone, to keep you motivated plus it’s enjoyable to do it with a friend.

What are some free workouts/community classes you have done in your town? Is it different from what you usually do?
