During the summer time, as tan as I am, I love to add some shine to my face when going out in the sun. My goal is to achieve that summer glow look especially when I’m going to fun day events when the sun is shining or even at night for a pop of color. I’ve been testing out different highlighters for my face but none of them has wow’d me. I have tried different highlighters in the past but it didn’t work too well for me. Thanks to Tarte, I finally came across a glow highlighter that I’m currently obsessed with and been using it for most of the summer.
I have been using Tarteist™ PRO Glow Highlight & Contour Palette by Tarte and this product seriously changed my life though! This product has 6 colors with a mix of highlighters and contours. Lately, I’ve been mixing the two middle colors (Fire & Stunner) to get the shimmery bronzey glow on my face. I have been receiving so many compliments that my face is glowing and with my olive skin color, the shimmery effect looks so amazing!
First, I put my foundation on, then I use the highlight colors on my face followed by blush right after on my cheek bones. i love that you don’t have to scrub on the colors heavily to get that glow, you just tap both colors and brush it on your face to get the finishing look.
