We’ve all been there and still go through it as a matter in fact. When our mind lingers to the what if’s, should of’s, could have moments. The moments in life when you’re unsure if a certain person, place, or opportunity is the right thing for you. The thoughts in your head saying if it’s a good idea, if you should proceed or stand back. Do you go with the flow? or do you think about every decision that you make for yourself? It’s very important to understand ourselves on a deeper level to know what we want in life by trusting ourselves, listening to your gut feeling, and loving yourself through this process.
The perks of living on the border of CT and NY is having the best of both worlds and only a 45-50 min train ride into NYC! As much as I love heading into the city, it can be a hassle getting there sometimes as there are certain expenses to keep in mind. A round trip train ticket is about $20 and then depending on where you go, spending money on food, subway rides, events, etc, it all adds up. Before I head into the city,

Happy 2019 Friends!
I’ve been thinking about my 2019 goals for the year and I’ve been wanting to post this earlier but I’ve been super busy and haven’t had the chance to actually sit down and reflect on them. With it being the new year, I’m continuing to be more proactive and setting plans to stay on top of everything.
