This past Sunday, my blogger babes and I got together for a Christmas pajama party to get into the festive spirit! My girl Jenna from @jennaafromtheblog hosted the party at her place and it was a sleighful time! We all brought yummy treats to enjoy and brought gifts for the white elephant exchange. How many of you do this every year with your babes?
We dressed in the cutest holiday jammies and my entire outfit was from Old Navy. Can you tell I was rocking the santa vibes? Ha! The entire night, we ate way too much food and for dessert we had gingerbread creme cookies and cupcakes, so yum!
We played a few rounds of the game psych, an iphone app that you play with your friends. To play the game, the app asks a question about a teammate and everyone comes up with creative answers to answer it. I definitely recommend this game especially sitting on long car rides, it’s very entertaining.
For the white elephant exchange, we brought in items we haven’t used before or barely use, which was a twist to our idea. We picked a bag from under the tree and opened it for all of us to see. There were a few favorite items that we liked from each other’s bags, so we did some swaps! I loved our version of this exchange, it was fun to change it up.
The best part of the get together was spending time with my girls and catch up on non-blogging life because yes that’s how close we all are and we hope to continue these traditions! Have you had a christmas party with your friends? Share below! ?
