Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a lovely easter weekend and have a positive start to the week. The topic I am writing today is a difficult one as we all face challenges and think negativity thoughts on a daily basis. Mental blockages can hold us back and can make it impossible to grow as a […]Read More
We’ve all been there and still go through it as a matter in fact. When our mind lingers to the what if’s, should of’s, could have moments. The moments in life when you’re unsure if a certain person, place, or opportunity is the right thing for you. The thoughts in your head saying if it’s a good idea, if you should proceed or stand back. Do you go with the flow? or do you think about every decision that you make for yourself? It’s very important to understand ourselves on a deeper level to know what we want in life by trusting ourselves, listening to your gut feeling, and loving yourself through this process.
Life can be hard on us sometimes. From an outsider perspective, many of us are perceived as the person who has it ALL. Sometimes scrolling through Instagram at least makes you believe that. Have you ever scrolled through the gram and ask yourself why your life isn’t as GOOD as someone else’s? In every day life, all of us go through experiences. We all go through bad experiences, bad moments that later on become a learning experience. Overthinking on certain topics just causes stress on our bodies and then affect us down the road. Have you ever dealt with an upsetting situation that all you wanted to do was punch something or have a hard time distracting your mind from such negativity? I know I have. In our daily lives, we all go through ups and downs but we all find a way to improve ourselves. If you know someone who is always smiling all the time doesn’t mean that their always happy or everything in their life is perfect. Some of us hide these emotions and somehow push it through trusting that everything will be ok.

I’ve been watching what I eat lately and being consistent with my workouts as well and keeping track of the kinds of foods I’m putting into my body. The wellness retreat […]Read More

Their approach is that not only are certain products good for your skin but it’s also caused by the type of foods your eating, your overall lifestyle and genetics too. To be honest, when I go […]Read More
It’s so important to hydrate our skin by cleansing and moisturizing and understanding the type of products we are putting into our skin. As we get older, our skin starts aging, and may get these kinds of skin conditions: breakouts, dark spots, wrinkles and it will eventually lose it’s firmness. There’s a ton of skin […]Read More
The perks of living on the border of CT and NY is having the best of both worlds and only a 45-50 min train ride into NYC! As much as I love heading into the city, it can be a hassle getting there sometimes as there are certain expenses to keep in mind. A round trip train ticket is about $20 and then depending on where you go, spending money on food, subway rides, events, etc, it all adds up. Before I head into the city,
Valentine’s day is coming up which I’m so excited about! Americo and I like to give each other an experience rather than giving gifts to each other. Last year, we both got massages and then headed into the city for dinner and a broadway show, it was probably the best Valentine’s day ever!! This year […]Read More
