Start Your Year On The Right Foot!
Every year, I usually write down my resolutions for the year so I can look back on it to motivate me to reach my goals. I know it can be hard sticking to your goals after a few weeks into the new year, but having a journal is a good way to remind you of how your progressing in the long run.
Here are some of my resolutions for 2017 that I plan on following:
1. Work Out 3-4 times at the gym and follow a healthy meal plan
2. Cut back on sweets and sugar
3. Drink more water
4. Travel more
5. Remove any negativity in life
6. Save money (spend money wisely)
7. Chase adventures
8. Stay more organized
