SLT Workout Event

Earlier last week, I co-hosted an SLT workout class with 11 of my blogger babes in Greenwich, CT. I received a complimentary card for a private curated class for 12 and of course I chose to invite all of my girlies!  I haven’t been to SLT or taken the class before until my event but  I’ve heard it’s a fun tough workout.  For those who don’t know what SLT is, it’s a 50 minute, muscle quivering, heart-pumping, total body workout.

During SLT Class

Our Instructor, @stefanietoglia was seriously such an amazing instructor. She was super helpful, worked us out real hard & the music was killer! The workout is tough as it consists of strength training, intense stretching, a twist of pilates style; and I must say my booty was sore for days haha! All of my blogger babes enjoyed this workout and we felt the soreness immediately…I mean such an effective workout.

Collaborations

I collaborated with two of my favorite healthy brands to see if they would provide some post workout samples. Dominique from @Myxkitchen gave us a box of energy bites which are to die for! my favorite flavor was the PB & Chocolates..ugh so yummy! The other person I reached out to was Shane from @PressedJuicery and he gave everyone  samples of the probiotic shots which was so amazing! Both of these places are in Greenwich, CT and I highly recommend checking them out. Thanks to Dominique & Shane for the healthy treats.

Post Workout

After class, we munched on energy bites and drank probiotic shots and of course took some fun group pics! I’ve taken pilates before but it wasn’t as tough as SLT. I would definitely come back again & it’s always a fun time doing these type of workouts with your girls!
