It’s Mid October, the month of fall activities which consists of harvest, spooky, and orchard events. I love going to orchards and harvest festivals this time of the year. Cider donuts and pumpkin pie is what I usually look forward to and of course all the fun photos. If you are looking to go to an orchard this month or throughout the rest of Fall, keep on reading to see some of my favorites!

DUTCHESS COUNTY
Barton’s Orchard – 63 Apple Tree Ln, Poughquag, NY 12570
Recently, the blogger babes and I visited Barton Orchards for apple and pumpkin picking. It was my first time at this orchard but I always love trying a new spot to test out the scenery & taste the treats.
Barton Orchards is in Dutchess County which was an hour away from me but it does have all of the fun activities such as a haunted house, hayride to the pumpkin patch, apple picking, live music, farm animals, huge playground, farm shop that sells cider donuts, and a bar to try out the hard ciders and seasonal beer.

Fishkill Farms – 9 Fishkill Farm Rd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533
I haven’t been to this one yet but I’ve seen so many posts and there’s a harvest festival now through end of October. There’s pumpkin games, apples, live music, food & drinks, hard cider garden, fresh donuts, wagon rides & more!

Silverman’s Farm: 451 Sport Hill Rd, Easton, CT 06612
There’s a pumpkin patch, apple picking, an animal farm, country market, etc.

Beardsley’s Cider Mill & Orchard – 278 Leavenworth Rd, Shelton, CT 06484
Their farm store has apples, cider, pies, cider donuts, scones, fruit breads and local raw honey available daily right through until Christmas Eve.

Outhouse Orchards – 139 Hardscrabble Rd, North Salem, NY 10560
This is definitely one of my fave orchards! They have apples, a pumpkin patch, a corn maze, a farm market, hay rides, & more!

Another of my favorite farms! There is apple picking, a pumpkin patch, a bounce house, live music, pony rides, face painting, hayrides, vendors & more.
