Happy #internationalwomensday to all the incredible women out there who are kicking ass, working hard to get to their goal, following their dreams, becoming great leaders and going above and beyond to get to where they want to be.
#International Women’s Day:
I love when other women who are entrepreneurs, business owners, bloggers, Influencers etc, support other babes in the same industry. The blogging industry is so saturated with people having the same niche that many find it as a competitive standpoint, and although it can be, it’s super important to once in a while, wave to a friend, reach out and tell them how you like their products, promote them on your social accounts, or refer a friend to their page. I’m impressed by babes who do it all and have each other’s back in every step of the way.
To me #internationalwomensday is all about building each other up and creating a community where your group is supportive in helping you grow and being there for each other’s downfall or successes.
This past weekend, my girl Vanessa who is the regional leader for the NYC babe group, gathered her first photoshoot where other like minded woman came to meet one other, take photos and really get to know one another! We all formed into two groups and took photos together that showed off our personalities. No one knew each other but the energy in the room was amazing and everyone was friendly. I’m so thankful as to how far I come in my blogging journey and as a person. No matter the situation, I always bring in good energy and when I meet people who are similar to me really makes me happy.
When you’re hosting an event or whether you are attending one, you will know the babes who attend are there to support the local business and see you grow. I always try my best to attend most events because I want brands to do really well and I also want to make sure that as a community we are all there for each other and support what we have to offer.
