Now that Spring is here, I love shopping for new spring gear to pump me up when working out. I’ve been buying my workout gear from Marshalls lately since they have such a variety to choose from and the prices are so worth it! Where do you guys purchase your workout gear? Monday:

Circuit 2:
- 10 Single leg deadlift

Tuesday:
(Each Exercise For 1 Minute)
- Biceps Curl
- Walking Lunges
- 30 Second Plank
- Burpees
- Kettleball Sumo High Pulls
- Deadlift
- 30 Second Superman
- High Knees
- Mountain Climbers
- Tricep Dips
- Squats
- High Knee Jog
- Jumping Jacks
- Jump Ropes
- Rows
Wednesday:
~AMRAP~ (as many reps as possible)
- 400MM Row
- 80 Jump Ropes
- 30 Kettle Ball Swings
- 20 Wall Balls
- 10 Burpees
Thursday:
30 Min Butt, Body & Thighs Workout Class
Friday:
30 Minute Elliptical
