Happy Humpday Babes! Here’s a short clip of a HIIT circuit leg workout from yesterday’s bootcamp class.

3 Rounds, 15 reps each. Rows was included for 3 rounds but for 200 M per round.

  1. Med Ball Slams
  2. Rows/200 Meter per round
  3. Sled Push
  4. Deadlifts
  5. Barbell Hip Thrusts
  6. Kettlebell Cleans
